We invite you to learn Qigong. Qigong is a system of movements which, when repeated many times together with proper breathing, leads to the strengthening of one’s own resistance to all illnesses, injuries and unfavourable environmental conditions. The practice of Qigong leads to increased strength, vitality and also to a significant extension of life.

The cost of an individual Qigong lesson of 1.5 hours is £50.

The cost of a 1.5 hour Qigong lesson for two people is £80.

How do I prepare for Qigong training?

Comfortable sports attire and sporty soft shoes with a thin sole like trainers are recommended so that you can stand on your toes with ease, or you can practice without shoes with socks.

Contraindications to Qigong practice:

  • taking psychotropic medications
  • mental illness
  • physical disability

When and where can I take the Qigong training?

Chi Kong training takes place in Lutterworth and the day and time will be selected individually.
